Yoga is not just for young people! I specialize in sharing the many joys of yoga with people who want to be strong and balanced as they move through midlife and beyond.
My classes pair movement with breath and meet you right where you are today. Don't worry—you'll get a workout. But I won't ask you to do things you aren't ready for, or risk injury to achieve a particular pose.
My goal is to provide a challenge that is accessible to everybody – young or not-so-young, experienced in yoga or new to the practice. My approach is filled with love, laughter, compassion and encouragement. I believe our path to self-knowledge runs through our bodies, and that yoga helps us tap into our own inner wisdom.
