Yoga instructor Kate Harding focuses on building strength, balance and mobility in the body – qualities that will help us remain vital as we move through life. Kate provides loads of support and encouragement for all levels and ages. Many first-time yogis have become faithful practitioners with her guidance, while experienced yogis find plenty of challenge and opportunity to deepen their practice. With a focus on self-care and self-awareness, Kate meets you exactly where you are, and helps you move forward one breath at a time.

Throughout the week there will be plenty of free time for you to explore the beach, go whale-watching, take SUP lessons, visit the quaint town of Sayulita, unwind by the pool, or simply laze in a hammock after a relaxing spa treatment. The Haramara Resort is truly eco-friendly: meals are made with fresh, local and organic ingredients, and most of the luxurious rooms have no electricity, are lit by oil lamps, have open-air showers, and allow you the true luxury of living in harmony with nature. This retreat is open to all levels, and beginners are warmly welcomed.
