COME TO MEXICO
AND FIND SOME JOY
THE WISE WARRIOR:
YOGA FOR STRENGTH AND VITALITY IN MIDLIFE AND BEYOND
JANUARY 21-28, 2023
Relax, rejuvenate, and build strength in a breathtaking eco-resort nestled in a lush landscape near Sayulita, Mexico. This seven-day retreat gives you a beautiful place to connect with nature as you reconnect with yourself through movement and breath, effort and relaxation, playtime and journaling.
Yoga instructor Kate Harding provides loads of support and encouragement for beginner, experienced and senior yogis alike. Men and women in midlife and beyond find her vinyasa-based yoga accessible, fun, challenging and welcoming. Many first-time yogis have become faithful practitioners with her guidance, while experienced yogis find plenty of challenge and opportunity to deepen their practice. With a focus on self-care and self-awareness, Kate meets you exactly where you are, and helps you move forward one breath at a time.
There will be plenty of free time for you to explore the beach, go whale-watching, take SUP lessons, visit the quaint town of Sayulita, unwind by the pool, or simply laze in a hammock after a relaxing spa treatment. The Haramara Resort is truly eco-friendly: meals are made with fresh, local and organic ingredients, and most rooms have no electricity, are lit by oil lamps, have open-air showers, and allow you the true luxury of living in harmony with nature. This retreat is open to all levels, and beginners are warmly welcomed.

Haramara Retreat is a magical and idyllic place created and designed to provide a natural and supportive environment to relax, renew and restore well-being.
Located in the breathtaking coastal Riviera Nayarit near the fishing village and surfing town of Sayulita. Nestled above Pacific Ocean on 12 private acres of tropical jungle with a private and pristine beach. Haramara (“Mother Sea”) is an intimate and secluded seaside adventure and yoga resort offering sensual tropical harmony to every guest, along with superior yoga and wellness experiences.
The magnificent 360-degree view yoga pavilions, with their high thatched roofs and handcrafted hardwood floors, have been positioned to take advantage of the panoramic views of lush mountains and while taking advantage of the soothing ocean breezes. The restaurant offers exceptional, creative, local cuisine that includes vegetarian and seafood dishes. The open aired spa facility puts you back in touch with nature, as you are pampered body and spirit.
I cannot imagine a more perfect week than the one I spent with 14 others at Kate Harding’s yoga retreat in Haramara. The people, the setting, the cuisine, the locale were all divine. But what made it perfect was the twice a day yoga practice and spiritual experience which Kate orchestrated with grace, humor, and professionalism. I cannot wait to return to such a place of serenity and love in the near future,
